James, an estimator, came right out to assess the issue at our rental property. The repair job was quite small for their caliber of work, but he gave us the best possible price. I have heard nothing but good things about this company.

I honestly don't know where to begin, with how incredible my experience with DKI, has been! It started out with water in the carpet of our downstairs hallway and mildew on the walls, of our utility room. My first call, was to a plumber, that peeked around briefly and told me that he didn't think it was a plumbing issue, but did refer me to DKI, for water damage mitigation. It was a Thursday morning, at 7:45am, when I made that first call to DKI. The woman that answered the phone, was friendly, professional and genuinely seemed concerned. She told me that she would have someone call me, to come out, as quickly as possible. I couldn't believe it, when I got a call from Kale Anderson, 10 minutes later, in which he stated that he was on his way; talk about a quick turnaround...most pizza deliveries take longer than that! Kale took a look around the entire downstairs. He wanted to get to work, right away on getting the moisture and mildew removed and was able to come back with a crew, the very same day. He also went above and beyond, by actually trying to figure out, what was causing the water damage. It was he, who discovered, that we likely had a leak, from our well-water pressure tank valve (indeed, a plumbing issue afterall!). He checked on the equipment and progress of the water damage, once each day (even on Saturday and Sunday), until we were able to get a plumber to actually fix, the root of the problem. Now, all of the damage is under control and we plan to use DKI for the rebuild, of the damage that was caused. Thank you, to Kale, Logan and Rich, for "holding our hand", through this process and for being prompt, professional, reliable and competent!
